UKISCRS donation to the UKRAINE
UKISCRS, along with every other organisation, deplores the Russian Federation's war in Ukraine. UKISCRS is resolute in its desire to help our colleagues and their patients in the Ukraine. As a Charity, and Educational Ophthalmic Society the UKISCRS Council have unanimously decided to donate £5000 towards the ESCRS restricted fund to support Ophthalmology in Ukraine and our Ukrainian colleagues. Our thoughts are very much with them and we extend our respect and admiration for continuing to carry out their vital work within a population that now needs them more than ever.
We all hope for a peaceful solution in the very near future.
